Air freight

Through our worldwide network of agents and business partners, we organise international air cargo shipments to destinations across the globe.

We plan shipment processes by evaluating suitable transportation options based on cargo characteristics, delivery deadlines, and final destinations.

We provide fast and flexible air freight solutions for shipments where delivery time is a priority.

For urgent production materials, spare parts, commercial goods, and other time-sensitive shipments, we evaluate suitable flight schedules and routing alternatives while coordinating the operational processes involved.

To support our customers’ business continuity, we aim to ensure that shipments are completed within the planned delivery timeframes.

When standard scheduled air cargo services are insufficient to meet specific transportation requirements, we organise aircraft chartering (Air Charter) solutions tailored to our customers’ individual needs.

We facilitate the selection of suitable aircraft and transportation alternatives based on cargo volume, weight, technical specifications, and delivery requirements.

For shipments requiring specialised operational planning, we work in coordination with our international business partners to develop reliable and efficient transportation solutions.

We provide logistics coordination services for the air transportation of dangerous goods subject to specific international regulations.

In this context, we follow applicable international regulations and airline acceptance criteria regarding cargo classification, packaging, documentation, and transportation conditions.

We ensure that dangerous goods transportation operations are organised in accordance with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and applicable legislation, in cooperation with authorised and appropriately qualified service providers.

We provide comprehensive logistics solutions by integrating air freight with road transportation and other transport modes.

Through our combined transportation services, which bring together the advantages of different transport modes, we aim to achieve an appropriate balance between delivery speed, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.

We adopt an integrated service approach, particularly for airport-related road transportation, transshipment operations, and door-to-door delivery arrangements.

In international air cargo transportation, we consider the entire logistics process, from the point of origin to final delivery, rather than focusing solely on the flight itself.

We aim to simplify our customers’ operational processes by coordinating customs clearance, airport cargo handling, local distribution, and delivery arrangements with the relevant service providers.

We provide air cargo solutions through operations connected to major international air freight hubs in Türkiye, including Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.

Through our international agency connections and logistics partners, we organise transportation between various points of origin and destination, aiming to ensure the efficient execution of shipment processes.

At Zeropoint Group Logistics, our priority in air freight transportation is to provide reliable and sustainable services that meet our customers’ expectations regarding delivery times and transportation costs.

By combining our experience in international logistics with strong business partnerships, we place operational quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of every shipment.
